I am a researcher at the Institute of Economics, Centre for Economic and Regional Studies, where I have been working since 2020. I hold a PhD in Economics from the Central European University.
My research focuses on labor market inequalities and intergenerational mobility. I am interested in understanding how social and economic factors shape individuals’ opportunities and outcomes in the labor market, and how these mechanisms contribute to patterns of intergenerational mobility. My current research questions focus on the role of skills in the labor market, examining how technological change, automation, and information and communication technologies (ICT) influence firm growth and wage inequality. A central theme in my work is exploring how the tasks actually performed by workers contribute to wage differences across firms and demographic groups.
